Terms of Service

Foreign Famous Film (the "Service") at foreignfamouskol.com is run by Foreign Famous LLC., Austin, Texas ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. Tokens

• The Service runs on tokens, bought in packs. Prices are in US dollars and are charged by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Each generation (a picture, video, voice, sound, music track or Prompt Writer answer) uses tokens. The price is shown before you send it. It is what the AI model costs us plus a service fee: for pictures and video, 3 tokens on anything under 10 tokens, or 30% from 10 tokens up; for voices, sound and music, 2 tokens on anything under 10 tokens, or 20% from 10 tokens up. Seedream 5.0 Pro pictures carry 1 token per picture, and Seedance videos made on ByteDance Volcano Engine carry 20%. Upscales cost the normal price plus 15%. Prompt Writer answers are charged after they are written, at the picture rate.
• Tokens have no cash value outside the Service, can't be transferred or sold, and don't expire while your account is open.
• New accounts get free welcome tokens once confirmed. Free tokens can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
• We may change prices or fees. Changes apply to generations sent after the change and never to tokens you already hold.

3. Prices and checkout

• Everything in the Service is priced in tokens.
• Token packs cost $5.99 (500 tokens), $10.99 (1,000), $26.99 (2,500) and $52.99 (5,000). The price includes card processing costs.
• Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law of your location requires it, based on the billing address you give.
• If a purchase is refunded through Stripe, the tokens from that purchase are removed from your account (part of them for a part refund). Tokens you have already spent can't be returned, so your balance can go below zero; you can't send new generations until it is back above zero.
• If a card payment is disputed with your bank, its tokens are removed and the account is paused while we look into it.

Pricing

100 tokens cost about $1. Every price below already includes our service fee, and the exact price is always shown on the button before you send anything. Higher resolutions and more variations cost more.

Voices, sound and music

Prompt Writer

Each answer costs what the Claude model used for it costs, plus the picture fee. It is charged after the answer is written; the Send button shows an estimate first. Longer conversations and bigger models cost more per answer.

Card fees and tax

• Card processing fees are already included in the token pack prices. Nothing is added for paying by card.
• Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your location requires it, based on your billing address.

4. What you make

• As between you and us, you own what you upload and the results you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and show them to you so the Service works.
• AI results can be wrong, unexpected or similar to other people's results. You are responsible for checking them before you use or publish them.
• To make your content, we send your prompts and files to the AI providers that run the models, including fal.ai, Higgsfield, ByteDance Volcano Engine (servers in China), Google and Anthropic. Their own terms and safety checks also apply, and they may refuse a request.

5. Rules

You must not use the Service to create or upload:

• a real person's face, body or voice without their permission, or anything that pretends to be a real person or brand in a misleading way;
• sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent extremist, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• fraud, scams, election or medical misinformation, or anything meant to deceive people about what is real.

Real people. Each time you upload a photo, video or voice recording of a real person, or name a real person in a prompt, you confirm: "I have this person's permission to use their likeness." You are responsible for having that permission.

You must not try to get around safety checks, overload or break the Service, or access other people's accounts or files. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

6. The Service

• The Service is provided "as is". AI providers change, slow down or stop models; we can't promise any model, speed or result will always be available.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update them; we'll show the new date at the top, and using the Service after a change means you accept it.

Refund Policy

• Failed or refused generations are refunded automatically. If a generation fails, times out, or is refused by the model's safety check and we were not charged for it, its tokens go straight back to your account. You'll see the refund in your Account history.
• Results you don't like are not refunded: the AI model has already done the work and we have paid for it.
• Unused token purchases can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of buying them, as long as none of the tokens from that purchase have been used. Email us from your account email with the date of the purchase. The refund removes that purchase's tokens from your account; tokens already spent can't be returned (see section 3).
• If you're charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we will fix it.
• If we close the Service, we'll refund the unused paid tokens on open accounts.

Privacy

• What we keep: your name, email, a scrambled (hashed) form of your password, your token history, and the prompts, files and results in your studio.
• Payments: Stripe handles them. Your card number never reaches our servers.
• Who sees it: only you and, when needed to run or fix the Service, Foreign Famous staff. We send prompts and files to the AI providers listed in section 4 to make your content. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Cookies: one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Your choices: email us to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and its files.
